Having spoken to a multitude of people in the therapy/guidance space what I really felt was unique to Shreya was her ability to listen without ever imposing or burdening me with her own views or opinions. 2017 was the year my life went topsy turvy. I lost a person very important to me and I was left highly depressed. Luckily I am blessed with the best of people in my life, and one of them suggested me to see Shreya. I didn't know her at all and was very skeptical to approach. But my psychological state was worsening and I knew I had to do something. So I agreed to see her. What made me comfortable talking to her was that she was of my age and she was very patient with me. She let me have my time and listened very patiently to everything I said. She earned my trust and after a point it was like talking to my bestie, who had my best interest at heart. She shared a few mental exercises that really helped me. And I still use them whenever I don't feel ok. She was very flexible with her timings and the fees was absolutely worth of every minute with her. As her former patient, I would really encourage anyone who is looking for a psychologist to see her.
